CAMBODIA DREAMS (2009, 90 min) by Stanley Harper is an amazing film in more ways than one. With some amazing original footage of a refugee camp and of a grandmother determined to reunite her family in the aftermath of a genocide-torn homeland without even being sure they are still alive after so long, this heavy-going eighteen year epic chronicles the misery and courage of normal people living through extraordinary times.
