Sopheak Sao’s documentary SOMWHERE UNDER THE RAINBOW  (2017, 30min) follows the story of Cambodian Sou Sotheavy – the first transgender who ever testified at a war crimes tribunal. She has survived the Khmer Rouge genocide, as well as the AIDS epidemic in the early 2000sIn 2014, Sotheavy received the David Kato Vision & Voice Award.
