DJ Jeff 23 is a founding member of the arts collective and free party sound system “Spiral Tribe” formed in 1990. Supported by NM aka Nick E. Meta, who produced music with Spiral Tribe in early 1990s Berlin. Special guest: Justfin. Based in Phnom Penh, the “Just Fish Wax” co-founder and deep, funky-minimal-moodmaker justfin is always on the hunt for the next party location or explorative sound.
