The menu kicks off with a delicious creamy mushroom soup called “Kulajda,” which brings the traditional flavors of Bohemian mountain huts to the table. For the main course, you’ll get to try “Utopenec,” the most typical pub dish to pair with beer, known to everyone in Bohemia—sour sausage—found in both upscale bars and remote pubs in the suburbs and villages. Of course, this is washed down with delicious Czech Budweiser Budvar beer, creating a symphony of flavors.

For a sweet finish, we’ve prepared a strudel, while its roots lie outside the Czech lands—with our Austrian neighbors—we’ve made it as if it came straight from our grandmothers.
