The Phnom Penh Post is a daily English-language newspaper published in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Founded in 1992 by publisher Michael Hayes and Kathleen O’Keefe, it is Cambodia’s oldest English-language newspaper. The documentary THE POST: DISPATCHES FROM CAMBODIA (1999, 59 min) deals with a range of issues and events affecting modern Cambodia, as seen through the eyes of the editor and staff. Through the period covered by the documentary we are given an insight into the realities of producing a newspaper in post-conflict Cambodia.
