Mark Hammond’s documentary PHARMACIDE: THE MEKONG (2012, 52 min) focuses on the production, distribution and human impact of the proliferation of substandard and counterfeit medicines throughout Cambodia and the Greater Mekong Subregion. This is the first film to provide a comprehensive regional overview and to highlight private and public policing and law enforcement efforts to confront this illegal trade.
