THE CHILDREN OF KROUSAR THMEY (1993, 54min) looks at the infamous “Site Two” which was the largest refugee camp on the Thai-Cambodian border and, for several years, the largest refugee camp in Southeast Asia. Marcus D’Arcy’s documentary follows 32 orphans as they return to Cambodia. The children tell their own personal stories and despite all the suffering, this is a story full of hope and joy.
