Schnitzel—crispy, golden, and oh-so-delicious—has a history as rich as its flavor. It all started in 19th-century Austria, thanks to Field Marshal Joseph Radetzky, who fell in love with the dish during his travels in Italy and brought it home. From there, it took over Austria and Germany, and now, it’s landed right here in Phnom Penh!
